Our Products:
The cleaning products we use on the job site are at no charge to the customer,
including the vacuum we bring along to use.
Of course, if the client would like us to use their cleaning products
(due to allergies, environmental concerns, they believe their products perform better, etc.),
we will be happy to use them.
We err on the green or EARTH-FRIENDLY
side of life's equation in that we RECYCLE
our cleaning towels and do not use disposable paper towels.
All towels are washed and sanitized.
Years of experiences cleaning a variety of clients' homes and satisfactorily attending to a variety of clients still don't make us an expert at house cleaning.
But with the help of the new client in the form of their presence and active supervisory input during our first few visits,
our efforts on their behalf benefit greatly as we attempt to earn their stamp of approval and confirmation that all the work has been done satisfactorily.
Sadly, for us, we know and understand that occasionally we find we cannot satisfy everyone,
just as others may occasionally not satisfy everyone, but we try.
And to help our efforts to satisfy, we INSIST that the new client be present during the ENTIRE period during which we are house cleaning on our first few visits, checking our results as we proceed to completion.
So, when we are "finished" (the client determines when we are finished), we know that:
everything has been checked over and
the client is satisfied and we can depart.
Very sadly for us, if we don't believe that we are qualified enough to accomplish the new client's requests,
we will defer in doing the assignment and request that they consult another cleaning service that may better satisfy the client's wishes and needs.
And, unlike some house cleaning services, we don't have to clean your home every week or every other week if it's not convenient for you; we can clean on a monthly basis and/or sporadically.
This is often the perfect solution for retired persons, snowbirds, etc.
Besides our regular cleaning at your home or at your separate away-from-home office, we can apply our organizing skills to your home office.
Separately, we can also help you organize your papers and paperwork, piece by piece (to the extent that you wish) and as always,
with your help throughout this entire process.
Remember that we will adapt to your morning schedule whenever possible.
